The territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) are doable but require additional lead time and may involve barge or ice-road transport.
International shipping (USA, etc.) is possible for special projects. Contact us with your requirements.
Transport is the client's responsibility. We don't bill it ourselves and we don't add a markup — we help coordinate a flatbed carrier, but the carrier invoices you directly for the actual cost.
Cost varies significantly based on distance, unit size and weight, season, fuel surcharges, site accessibility, and whether escort vehicles or permits are required. Two identical units shipped to two different provinces can have very different transport bills. We're transparent about this from the start so there are no surprises.
If you'd like, we can put you in touch with carriers we've worked with so you can get a binding quote before you commit. The choice of carrier is ultimately yours.
Stock units: 3 to 6 weeks after deposit. Custom or production-on-demand units: 8 to 16 weeks. Seasonal demand can extend these — order early for peak season delivery.
Your site must be ready: foundation in place, access road clear, drop zone identified. The flatbed truck needs room to manoeuvre — typically 50 feet of straight approach.
You are responsible for the crane or boom truck that lifts the unit off the flatbed onto your foundation. We can recommend local crane services in most regions.
On delivery day, we expect a client representative on site to confirm placement and inspect for transport damage. Damage claims must be filed at the time of delivery — we cannot retroactively process claims discovered later.
Hookups to water, sewer/septic, and electrical are the client's responsibility — we recommend hiring local licensed trades for these connections.
We are available by phone for questions about hookup and first-time operation. For complex sites, we can refer you to local installers familiar with our units.
Standard cargo insurance is included via the carrier. Additional insurance for high-value units is available — speak to the carrier directly at booking time.
