The compact format that pops open on arrival. Easier to ship than a 40-footer, more livable than a fixed 20. A solid middle ground.
Our most affordable build, and the easiest to drop on a remote lot. Compact, optimized, complete. Where most first-time tiny home owners start.
The people calling us aren't a single profile. Some want a cottage they can afford before their kids leave home. Some run campgrounds and need rentable shelter that stays standing in February. Whoever's calling, the build's the same: factory-finished, shipped, set, done.
Drop-in units sleep guests by season's end. We've worked with operators across Ontario, Québec, and the Maritimes who needed cabins yesterday — not three summers from now.

A tiny house typically costs 60–80% less than a Canadian condo ($39k–$120k vs $500k+ in major metros), with no condo fees, no shared walls, and full structural ownership. Best for: someone who has land access, wants low carrying cost, and isn't optimizing for urban capital appreciation.
Tiny houses are typically smaller (under 400 sq ft) but built to higher finish standards than mobile homes (CSA Z240, 800–1,800 sq ft on leased lots). New mobile homes run $80k–$200k and depreciate; our tiny houses run $39k–$120k and hold 70–90% of value over a decade with maintenance. Tiny houses also relocate more easily.
