These are typically the units we recommend for secondary residences, weekend cottages, Airbnb rentals, and clients who want to start small. They're easier to deliver to remote sites and they fit municipalities with tighter zoning rules on minimum square footage. All three are full year-round homes, not summer-only cabins.
