The Panoramic is the unit our Airbnb operators ask for by name. Floor to ceiling glass, creating uninterrupted views and a dramatic connection to the surrounding landscape. When the listing photos go up, bookings follow. We've watched operators clear their first season's costs by the end of August.

The flat roof is the second selling point. It ships with an integrated access hatch and is built to carry a rooftop terrace — finish it with decking and railings and you've added usable square footage without touching the footprint your municipality is regulating.
