The 40-foot Premium is the build we send out the door most often. Two private bedrooms, a galley kitchen with quartz countertops, a complete bathroom with a real shower, and enough living space that the kids stop fighting over the couch. Most clients use it as a primary residence, a four-season cottage, or a long-stay Airbnb.
We've delivered these from Sept-Îles to Vancouver Island, and they hold up — the spray-foam envelope and 65 mm fire-rated panels keep the interior at a comfortable temperature even when winter does its worst. Plug in water, plug in septic, and it lives.
The two-bedroom layout matters more than people expect. A couple working from home need a door that closes. A retired couple hosting grandkids need a guest space. The 40-foot length makes both possible inside a single transportable unit.
