Our tiny house category is what most people picture when they think of a true tiny home. Forty feet of thoughtfully designed living space, featuring a full kitchen on quartz, complete bathroom with a shower, and at least one private bedroom with a door that closes. Built in our Cambridge facility, shipped on a flatbed, set on your foundation. Move-in ready by the time the truck leaves.
These are the units we recommend for primary residence use, four-season cottages, and long-stay rental properties. The 40-foot length lets us build interiors that don't compromise — walk past the kitchen island, sit on the couch, sleep in a real bedroom, all without the layout fighting you.
