This isn't a cramped trailer washroom where every movement feels constrained—it's a full bathroom with enough space to get dressed, store toiletries, and shower without your elbows hitting the walls. Same square footage as a small primary bathroom in a city condo.
We sell this to campground owners adding shower facilities, to cottage owners building secondary structures, to small contractors equipping jobsites where workers actually have to live for weeks. It works wherever someone needs a complete bathroom but doesn't want to build one from scratch.
Like all our sanitation units, the envelope is insulated and the plumbing is freeze-resistant when properly hooked up. Use it twelve months a year.
